Press Release July 15, 2005 DEAR COLLEAGUES: I am proud to announce the recent acquisition of CNMC Company, Inc., by Best Medical International, Inc., of Springfield, Virginia. I and my staff have been pleased to serve your dosimetry equipment and calibration needs for the past 27 years. It has been my goal to provide the medical physics community with the best service and equipment possible at reasonable costs, and I believe we accomplished that goal consistently. However, I became convinced that the way to guarantee CNMC's ability to continue to be your best source for equipment and services was to join forces with a like-minded complementary company. In joining with Best Medical International and Krish Suthanthiran, I believe CNMC has positioned itself to become the best it can be. I am still President of CNMC and will continue to be involved on a day-to-day basis. I will be available to personally consult with you when you call.
