Dummy Ribbons
Anderson-Forell-Suthanthiran Nylon Dummy Ribbon Set

Each set contains:
- One ribbon with 12 seeds each of 1.2mm length and 0.5mm diameter with spacers of 8.8mm length and 0.25mm diameter
- One ribbon with 12 seeds each of 1.8mm length and 0.5mm diameter with spacers of 8.2mm length and 0.25mm diameter
- One ribbon with 12 seeds each of 2.4mm length and 0.5mm diameter with spacers of 7.6mm length and 0.25mm diameter
- One ribbon with 12 seeds each of 3.0mm length and 0.5mm diameter with spacers of 7.0mm length and 0.25mm diameter
- One ribbon with 12 seeds each of 4.0mm length and 0.5mm diameter with spacers of 6.0mm length and 0.25mm diameter
This enables identification of ribbons in complex implants, facilitates implant radiography and improves localization accuracy. Dr. Lowell L. Anderson of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Mr. Bruce Forell of City of Hope Medical Center have been very instrumental in bringing about this design concept.
